Personality; It can be expected that Giorno is a bit of a trouble maker. Whenever he can, Giorno tricks tourists and runs off with their luggage, and money.
Things were not always like that, however. He was born to a beautiful, but neglectful mother, who would often leave him alone at night, instead going out to party. To top it off, she married an Italian man, who would often beat Giorno for his own amusement. With no real friends, constantly being bullied, and no one to talk to, Giorno was a scared, timid individual back in his early years. Giorno, on his way to school one day, encountered a man bleeding to death, hiding in a bush of grass.. Confused, Giorno tried to approach him, but was soon interrupted by a pack of men, holding guns. It became evident that the men wanted the bleeding man. The pack questioned and threatened Giorno. Instead of being intimidated, Giorno merely in a different direction, and said the man ran that way.
The man he protected turned out to be a mafia member, turning Giorno's life around. The kids that once bullied him became nice, and his step-father quit bullying him. This gave Giorno a boost of confidence, and inspiration to became what most would not want to be- a "Gangster Star"! Giorno's idea of a mafia is different from most others, however. Instead of taking money and taking control, he wants to take from the rich and give to the poor- an almost Robin Hood-esque feel.
After the boost of confidence, Giorno's personality drastically changed. A calm, and collected individual, when face with danger, he would instead not sweat, or anything. When faced with death, or the death of another, getting yelled at, or faced with a difficult situation, Giorno doesn't flinch. He is never quick to aggravation, often keeping silent when angered. If one were to treat Giorno with kindness, he would return the favor, for to treat one with kindness deserves reward, in Giorno's eyes. However, because of this mindset, if one were to show malice or mistreatment to those who did nothing, Giorno is not hesitant to punish. Like when a janitor showed Giorno kindness, relighting a lighter that Giorno desperately needed. But because of this, the janitor was killed by a stand, pushing Giorno to the edge. He got revenge later, tricking the killer to eat a gun disguised as a banana, which killed the killer.
Giorno is also a quick thinker. When things go wrong, he is able to turn the situation around and come out on top. However, he tends to disregard another's plan, instead sticking with his own. When it seemed that Giorno screwed up, instead, he turned out alright. Giorno demonstrated this when a fellow gang member had a plan to defeat an enemy. He, instead, took the dangerous route and put his life on the line to save his fellow team members. When Giorno was about to die, he healed himself in a miraculous way, gaining the respect of his fellow gang members. He doesn't say much, but others respect him, and as such, he has earned himself a seat as being the boss of the gang Passione, joined with his fellow friends Mista and Trish.

[The feed clicks on, and it shows Giorno facing away from the camera, talking to Mista. The conversation between the two is incoherent, at first, due to the two almost whispering. Giorno's face is marked with some slight annoyance.]
...listen, I'm trying out something new, can you leave so I can-
[Giorno quickly turns around, sighing. The thing started recording without him realizing. After Mista departs, Giorno takes a seat, and smiles directly into the camera.]
That was embarrassing. I'm sorry about that. But, saluto. Of course you know who I am, as I am speaking to you, the gang Passione. Now that I have your attention, let's get down to business. Of course, I'm not happy about this.
It seems that someone has been taking our services for granted, wasting our money on selfish things. I mean really, how in the world did one of the operator's lose over 100,000 in funds? This mafia is supposed to be helping out others, and I really don't
like the way this "spending" is turning out. And this didn't happen to one operator, it happened to several others.
Of course, that is where you, the gang, comes into play.
[The ladybug broach on Giorno's shirt comes to life, fluttering around him.]
I need you to do me a favor. Firstly, find the person who's been doing this. But don't kill him, we don't need something like that happening to us right now. Kill him, you'll have to talk to me. No, instead, I want him to be brought to Trish for a more...severe punishment.
I know there is no incentive to do this, but we must remember what we in the gang are striving for; to help out those in need, and those who show kindness to us. If not, then Passione would be a brute force mafia crew.

Giorno's face is dripping of blood. How in the world could this have happened? While he was out for a walk, a rival gang member came out of nowhere with a blade in hand and slashed him across the cheek. It caught the boy off guard completely. But instead of panicking, Giorno merely touched his cut, and frowned a bit. It's been a while since he bled, and not from a silly cut like this. Shaking his head, Giorno pointed at his attacker. "Listen, I don't want to repeat myself- I hate repeating myself, but if you do attack me once more, I can't guarantee you'll survive."
Of course, the man chooses to ignore him and go for a straight attack. Giorno merely grinned as Gold Experience, his stand, punched the ground below him. There, a tree sprouted, lifting Giorno up. The man ended up stabbing the tree, blood spurting from the attackers stomach instead. The man looked up the blonde boy in bewilderment, while Giorno had a look of boredom. The man began to stutter, while Giorno shook his head. He didn't know, did he, of his strange power? Then this will probably be easy. Giorno hopped down from the tree, stared at the man, then walked away. "Leave me alone, I don't want to deal with the likes of you."
Of course, a yell came from behind him, most likely the same attacker. Gold Experience swiftly punched the man in the face, sending him flying into a wall. "...I hate repeating myself." Giorno muttered, leaving the man there to bleed out.
